  • Movie Night - Oct. 22 The CRW community is invited to join us for an Oct. 22 Family Movie Night featuring "Toy Story 4."  Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the movie starts at 6:00.  Bring your favourite pillow and blanket for an enjoyable family evening.  Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Admission is free.

  • Spirit Wear now available Attention, CRW parents and guardians. We are excited to offer Captain R. Wilson spirit-wear for purchase. The items are now available on SchoolCashOnline for purchase, and the deadline for ordering is Monday, October 21st.  Please note that the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks for spirit-wear to arrive at the school.  Everyday cotton short sleeve t-shirts and everyday fleece hooded sweatshirts are being offered in royal blue colour, and are available in youth and adult sizes.  Please click here for information regarding spirit-wear options and sizes.

  • School Council Meet & Greet - Sept. 11 All parents are invited to attend a School Council Meet & Greet with Principal Fournier, Vice Principal Peaker and members of the 2018/19 Council on Wednesday, September 11th at 6:30 p.m. in the library.Participating in School Council is an opportunity for parents to engage in their children’s education and achievement, while supporting Captain R Wilson’s initiatives. School Council meetings take place on the first Monday of each month, beginning in October. All parents in the CRW Community are invited to attend to collaborate positively with school staff and other parents.  There will be discussions about CRW initiatives, fundraising, current/future CRW activities, and the opportunity to share and deliver ideas which will help enrich ...

Flying High...

... At Camp Muskoka.  A group of CRW Grade Seven students enjoyed an opportunity to work with the Inuit blanket during Thursday morning activities.  The students return on Friday, Apr. 21 at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Eric Walters visits CRW

Acclaimed Canadian author Eric Walters recently made a literary impression on our Grade 6, 7, and 8 students, as he dropped by to discuss his books and the many adventures behind them.  After the presentation, Walters took time to chat and pose with a few of our Grade Eight students.

Newspaper Club publishes first issue

Inspire Award for CRW's Ms. Peace

CRW Teacher Jen Peace was recently honoured with a Halton District School Board Inspire award, which is presented to individuals who go above and beyond to support HDSB students.  Celebrating with Ms. Peace are HDSB Trustee Joanna Oliver (left), CRW's mascot Sharky, and the entire CRW student body.

Chapters Night Fun

CRW Sharks are Halton Champions!

CRW's Senior Boys' Volleyball team captured the Halton Championship on Tuesday, Nov. 22, with a three set win over Irma Coulson P.S.  Congratulations to our championship team and fantastic coaching staff!
